These events will be set around the crown jewel – an exclusive Red-carpet Gala Charity Auction. The gala will host 160. guests across 16 tables, 10 of which will be encircled by four showcases orchestrated in a half moon shape around the tables and displaying some of the finest watches and jewellery currently available on the luxury market. The event’s central stage will present a series of entertainment, followed by the charity auction, and ending off with a surprise high-profile act. In addition to the auction, attendees will have several opportunities for private purchases.

To date we have orchestrated hundreds of acclaimed events since our founding that have been commended across sectors of the industry, including press. We are excited to presents our next showcase this upcoming May in Dubai. The Event will showcase an exclusive collection curated across the luxury market, highlighting the finest creations within the high jewellery and watch industries, fine art, homeware, and collectibles.
The three-day event will welcome local and visiting ultra-high net worth (UHNW) attendees who will be exposed to the epitome of craftsmanship and have the opportunity for intimate and comprehensive interactions with like-minded creators and connoisseurs. The event will include eleven bespoke private events complemented with a distinctive and exquisite red-carpet gala auction. The Private Events are especially tailored to an intimate selection of twenty to forty guests and include brunches, luncheons, cocktails, and dinners. Each event offers a unique opportunity to be immersed into the hosting partner’s creative world and make acquisitions directly from creators.

Over the course of the past ten years I have attended more jewelry shows and events than I can remember! But attending the Vivid Monaco event stands out as the most memorable of them all - firstly, it was so well organized, with a carefully curated selection of participating Jewelers . Secondly it was the most intimate event I have ever attended with jewelers and attendees had the opportunity to mingle over dinner while viewing exceptional jewels. To top it off, Vivid events selected a magnificent location with sweeping views of the ocean providing a beautiful backdrop to what can only be described as a glittering evening.

VIVID MONACO was a total success. I am proud to have presented the brand Imperial Pure Gold 24 K during such a prestigious evening. First of all, It was a moment of sharing and interest with the other guests. We were able to admire the luxury products displayed that evening in the transparent and secure showcases. These showcases were arranged with elegance and refinement around the VIP tables; another great idea from Kimberley to highlight all the brands of the evening !
Finally, the Fairmont Monaco was the ideal setting to host this first "business rendez-vous a new kind of luxury during the Monaco Yacht Show 2022.

Comprising of 10 exceptional lots provided by some of the most important names in jewellery and watchmaking and hosted by a world renowned auction house Sotheby’s. The lots will be showcased via central screen complimented an immersive and captivating precesion of models who will be adorned in Arabic couture outfits from leading designers including Zaid Farouki, Laith Maalouf, Atelier Zhura, and Saiid Kobeisy. 100% of the profits will be given to our chosen charity partner Dubai Cares.

Itinary

Dubai 18-20th of May 2022

Day 1
7pm - Guests arrive to The Etihad Ballroom (Mandarin Oriental) for a drinks and canapes reception and are encouraged to explore the room.
7:45pm - Guests are seated for an explosive conceptual 5-minute performance (first of three) - Sands of Arabia
7:50pm - Opening speech by our MC introducing the evening and mentioning all the partners involved.
8pm - Set up for second performance, first course served
8:15pm - Second more traditional 5-minute performance (second of three) introduced by MC. - Arch Aerial Show
8:20pm - Set up for third performance
8:30pm - Main course served
8:45pm - Third 5-minute performance introduced by MC - Kimberly Williams
8:50 - Charity Auction is announced and CEO of Dubai Cares says a few words before Mai is introduced and the auction begins.
9pm - Charity Auction begins allowing 5 mins for each lot
9:50pm - Charity Auction culminates and desserts are served and stage is set up for main act
10pm - Main act begins for 60-minute set - TBD
11pm - Guests encouraged to explore the room again.
12am - Carriages
